We are incredibly proud and truly excited to announce that we have received official notice that Provincetown Schools is now authorized to offer the Middle Years Programme (MYP).

Provincetown Schools formally joins the IB community as an IB World School - MYP program. Congratulations go to our parents and students, our MYP Coordinator, Nancy Flasher, our wonderful MYP teaching faculty and all school staff, our pedagogical leadership team, and our school committee members - all of whom have contributed to the development of our unique teaching and learning environment. Job very well done! Provincetown Schools is now the only school in Massachusetts to offer the IB continuum, grades PK-8 - an incredible accomplishment.

*Only schools authorized by the IB organization can offer any of its three academic programs: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), or the Diploma Programme. For further information about the IB and its programs, please visit the International Baccalaureate website at www.ibo.org.
